On 27 May 2020 the Board of Directors of Endura S.p.A. approved and adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model (hereinafter the “Model”) drawn up on the basis of the provisions of the Legislative Decree 231/2001.

With the adoption of the Model, Endura S.p.A. intends to establish an effective system for the prevention of unlawful acts in the conduct of its business.
